Dearest Lina,
How are you? I have heard what is going on to you from our friend. She said that you always look feeling sad, anxious, fatigued, poor concentration and feelings of guilt. Are you have any serious problem? What is more surprise me, our friends have found a letter containing the sentence to commit suicide. The letter was written by you! Lina, are you in depression. How can I help you, my dearest friend? I will always be here for you. I would not leave you to face this on your own. You are not alone.
Lina, you should get enough rest. Try to get adequate rest and sleep. Don't sleep late at night and please sleep for eight hours. If you are having difficulty with sleep, look at your diet whether you take a caffeine or rich foods late in the evening because such the food can prevent sleep. Moreover, you should also think about getting some light exercise and fresh air later in the day.therefore, you will feel calm and able to start the day with more fun and happy.
Besides that, exercising and involving outdoors also good for you. An exercise and spending time outdoors is important. Even going for a short walk each day or simply sitting in the park can bring benefits. The fresh air, a sense of achievement, that can engage you with nature can make a difference feeling. You will feel more calm such a perfect harmony. So, why not we go work out in the garden together this weekend? I hope you are happy with this offer.
My lovely friend, you also need eat a balanced diet. Try to eat balanced and nutritious diet. Food does have an impact on mood. Sugary foods lead to a sharp drop in blood sugars later on and this leads to energy and mood slumps. Caffeine also has a negative impact, causing increased heart rate and interfering with sleep. Getting a correct diagnosis is key to recovering from depression. Attend follow-up appointments and if it is been some time since you were diagnosed, go back to your doctor again in case your condition has changed.
Moreover, after going under treatment, you should comply with treatment. Remember that medication can take some time to work which is may be up to six weeks. Counselling and the other talking therapies can also take time to work. It is unrealistic to expect instant results. But I believe that you can do it because you are stronger than what you are thought.
Last but not least, whatever happened to you, please return to Allah SWT. HE always be there for you. HE is the pure love to our souls. HE knows what is in all in our heart. How to treat up frustrated is by avoided it. Do not sink in frustration. You are the controller of it, not the frustrated control you. Like Hasan Al-Basri said, " The world is a vehicle for you, if you drive it, it will deliver you to your destination. If it drives you, you will be destroyed. In the Holy Book Of Allah SWT which is Al-Quran Kareem, there also tell that "Don't you feel weak and sad because you are high if you believe to Allah SWT". In addition, Allah SWT also said that "Every Muslim who suffer grief, Allah SWT drop his sins like the trees drop their leaves".
Take care of yourself, Lina. You are the sunshine in my life. You are not alone. I am here right here, in you heart. Always share your problem with me. Sharing worries could halve them and sharing your happiness will double it. After this, I hope your happiness doubles and your sadness is halved. Remember that the people around you very love you.
